I wish I could give this review 0 stars. Leah is an awful person to deal with. For a mental health facility, you would really think they would hire more sympathetic and kind people. She screamed at me and made me cry in the waiting room. When I needed a refill, she refused to let any doctors see me and wouldn't return my calls. She is extremely unprofessional and rude. I would rather go off any treatment than have to deal with her.

I have been seeing someone in this practice for Medication Management for about 18 months. I had a very "rocky" start my first NP and I got along great. My meds were refilled in timely manner, appointments made and I could always get to have SOME kind of communications if things were tied up due to prior autos, etc. Sadly, that NP left the private practice. I began seeing another practitioner in the office. I sit here at nearly 11 PM, I called my pharmacy 7 days prior to refill my medication.....which is what was agreed upon at my last vist....last month! NO MEDS....THIS IS THE SECOND TIME....

Yes, the office is not "warm or compassionate" nor do they really care except the bottom line....I was on time for my appointment....the receptionist told practitioner I was late. I was not 15-20 Minutes early.....I have never been seen on time. I was not a new patient, no changes in anything....I have been compliant with the idiotic requirements....Needless to say...I will be getting hand written Rx for the three months, make an appointment and cancel it when I find someone else!

The heart breaking part is that some people don't know THEY DESERVE AND PAY FOR BETTER! I have the utmost respect for those with medical degrees.....but they are people, with different jobs, like everyone else, some professions have good ones, some don't....I think I find the latter.

It didn't seem like they took care of their office very well. It was kind of clean, but it seemed very unorganized and somewhat dirty. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan they seemed like they were using fairly modern treatment methods and procedures, but I'm not really sure. I didn't have to wait long at all in the waiting room. I spent less than fifteen minutes in there. Staff very rude. Doctor is awesome!
