I came to the office for the follow up appointment that was scheduled at my first appointment. they said I was removed from their system somehow and don't have an appointment today but I had card with appointment time, then they told me I had to get referral again and have to wait for someone to get rescheduled to another day. After my first appointment they told me they will call me with test results but they never did. I got frostrated and just left the office. I will look for another doctor.

Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them

I wouldn't recommend this Dr to anyone. he really treat you as a name on chart. I saw him after having thyroidectomy, he didn't even bother to ask about the surgery. he also prescribed me thyroid hormones without testing my TCH level. he also so rude. I brought my husband and baby with me to his office. he was so focused on my baby than on me in the end he told me " next time don't bring the baby with you to my office" I had to report him and change him. PLZ don't let treat you bad report him or change to other doctor if you can.

Not at all. They saw me but didn't greet me at all

Yes, I felt like an annoyance!

No, they are almost always unavailable

Definitely not! I was constantly interrupted or cut off!

Definitely! They always call me back very quickly!

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
