I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable.
Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. Michael Day, D.C. always makes sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting! Michael Day, D.C.'s staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I felt better than I have in years when I left my appointment with Michael Day, D.C.. I never feel stiff at all. Michael Day, D.C. is always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary.
