21st Century Consultants helped me gain CHAP accreditation with Deemed status 2 years ago. They were very knowledgable about the regulations and they made sure every single question I had was answered. They were with me throughout the 3 day survey process to answer any questions the surveyor had that I was unsure of.They are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered and continue to support me through updates on policies and procedures. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I will be using them again with my re-accreditation and strongly recommend them to anyone who wants a survey done right the first time!

Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away!

They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back.

I have been working with 21st Century Health Care Consultants for about fifteen years. They have always been there for my agency. Many friends have worked with company and have nothing but positive experiences. I could not have gone through my state and Medicare accreditation survey with not deficiencies without them.

I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. I am proud to announce that we were recenlty recommended for accreditation through CHAP thanks to the help and support of Rosina and the rest of the team.

21st Century Consultants is the most awesome group. Each member of the Team is very knowledgeable in regards to the accreditation process. Without their guidance our agency would not have passed without ANY deficiencies. If you want to experience a very difficult process completed with relative ease, consider 21st Century Health Care Consultants. I can’t say enough good things about this company. The goal of this consulting firm is YOUR agency PASSING CHAP. Trust me, the small fee for their services amounts to very little for the peace of mind you will have knowing you have pleasant ,caring guidance by your side just a phone call away, throughout the process including the survey and follow up. Having unfortunately experienced some “consulting” firms who are anxious to show you how much they “know” -21st Century Consulting is a breath of fresh air.
