Very! I always had their full attention
Did the physical therapist fully explain how your exercises would help you recover?
Thoroughly! They explained every exercise in detail so I wouldn't have to wonder
Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit?
No, if they had music on it was very soothing

Don't call this provider if you're in a hurry. Every time I call I have to wait on hold forever. I think I got a gray hair the last time I was waiting. The cologne they wore was nauseating. I wanted to cover my nose the entire time I was there. I could hardly stand being in the room. I was horrified at how badly they treated their staff members. I felt so bad for all of them. It made me lose a lot of respect for them. They were extremely argumentative and became angry very easily. I was trying to explain my situation and they just contradicted everything I was saying before I could finish.
