They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I felt very informed after my visit. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. Her and her staff make you feel like a friend not just a client.

They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. I couldn't believe how great the clinic looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the appearance. It was one of the best looking clinics I've ever seen. Their clients' safety is their top priority, and they make sure they always use sterilized, pre-packaged needles. I've been to some other places that didn't use pre-packaged needles, and I will never go back. I appreciate them making my safety their primary concern. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. Parking was not a problem at all. There was parking centrally located and I didn't have to walk far to get into the building.
