I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs.

There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have.

I will definitely recommend them to people I know. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster.
