The whole staff is such a friendly group of people. Everyone makes you feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door. Their office is always neat and clean. Dr Yates is an absolute expert in his field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door. They are so thoughtful and nice, I just love this place. I am experiencing a lot less headaches and pain since I started treatment. I have had numerous injections, nerve blocks, nerve ablasions, surgery, procedures and treatments, which gave no results. I have been to at least a dozen chiropractors in the last 25+ years, none of which helped me near as much as Dr. Yates! He genuinely cares about me as a person as well as a patient. The massage therapist, Paul, is also very good and friendly. I feel like I have made new friends, as well! I definitely recommend anyone with spinal issues to go see Dr Yates!!
