As the CEO of Maristone I would appreciate the opportunity to respond directly to anyone not satisfied, what their specific issue is and how I may offer a solution. It would be easy to walk into someone's place of employment, have no knowledge of what it takes to do their job and say it is not correct.

We have the highest trained staff in the area, going well above the state minimum requirements (RN on site, Chef, Yoga Instructor, CNA's). Our prices are in line if not less than all of our area competitors($3k-$5k per month). Being locally owned we take great pride in caring for our community and friends.

We hold monthly meetings with all residents so they may express any concerns. We change our menu monthly and activities are based on what our residents want.

I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications. Their prices were not fair at all. They were extremely overpriced and I felt ripped off. I definitely don't trust their advice. They're only concerned about themselves. They were far to arrogant to get any sort of outside advice, even though they knew they should. I was hoping to see someone that considered my safety more important than always having an answer. Every time I've called and left a message, I've never heard back. It's extremely annoying.
