Even though part of the larger Walmart, their office was nice and quiet; I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I feel like they always have a special going on every time I visit. Even if I don't bring in a coupon the staff will inform me of the promotions they have going on so that I can save money. I worked with the manager, and she took a great deal of time to be sure we got the new frames for my grandson that were right for him, as well as found a pair to fit his broken frames. She was wonderful (visited Sat Sep 17 around lunchtime).
