They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. They told me I needed the same glasses and contacts prescription as I have always had, but I'm still not seeing perfectly. I think that I might need to go somewhere else. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. Not consistent with their policies. And not flexible to my needs. Also, when I updated my information with a new phone number, they did not retain that information and so when my contacts came in they could not reach me because they had not done that, and so I was without new contacts for over 2 weeks, when it only took 3 days to get them in. Will not ever be going back to them. They aren't priced any different than anywhere else, and way less professional.

They weren't that clean, but weren't filthy

They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan.
