I am a regular customer of Dr. Kennedy and I called to schedule my yearly appointment and the woman that was taking my appointment was so rude, she didnt greet me or anything just blunt and to the point, I called back to let her know I gave her the wrong insurance and she was the same way, I in turn cancelled my appointment, I love Dr. kennedy but I work hard and when spending my money I want to be treated with respect, especially when Im nice. So I made an appointment at pearle vision, I think the womans name is melissa and her customer service skills are horrible. Sorry Dr. Kennedy

It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. They are always so friendly and welcoming to me during my appointments. They strive to make every patient feel valued and important. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything.
