They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. I feel like they always have a special going on every time I visit. Even if I don't bring in a coupon the staff will inform me of the promotions they have going on so that I can save money. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They did an amazing job at finally providing me with an accurate prescription for my glasses and contacts. I've been to other optometrists that didn't really help, but now I can finally see well once again.

They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased.
