They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. Their eye equipment was so new and advanced I had never even seen it before. It was so much better than other optometrists I've been to. My family will visit this Vision Center and Optometrist again for sure.

The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to.

They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. They gave about the same level of care as others I have been to for the same problem. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They are so courteous when it comes to offering glasses repairs or adjustments. They'll fix them right in front of you, no waiting necessary. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule.

They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. They are always so friendly and welcoming to me during my appointments. They strive to make every patient feel valued and important. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible.
