Not at all, the exam was so much better than others I've had

I have not had my eyes checking in many years. Doctor Bak was friendly and efficient. He even caught a minor eye trama I had as a child and asked about it (even though I had totally forgot about it!). I worked with the eyglass staff right afterwards for computer reading glasses. This is the way it should be. I must say I was a little weary going into a Walmart for this but I can see this is the future.

They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. Their exams are so much better than other optometrists I've been too. The exam was quick and pain-free. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. the lady that makes you appts was rude and needs to be talked to. she has a very smart mouth but i complained and he said he would handle it. when i went back to pick up my contacts she was a lot nicer.
