They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They tried to make an effort to be kind of friendly throughout my appointment, but I wasn't very impressed because it seemed slightly forced. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me.
One more thing, I had the exam done on Mar 1st, called my insurance company at the end of the third week of that month to see if they would cover this exam, they said they already reimbursed the office back on Mar 18th. It is not Apr 18 and I still have not gotten my refund back. I called Dr. Beckford as soon as I got off the phone with my insurance and he said he was working on it an that he was a couple weeks behind. I am a little annoyed at this.
