Definitely not! I was constantly interrupted or cut off!

Absolutely not! I don't think they have one!

Absolutely, I knew exactly what my pet had and what treatment options were available.

Definitely! They would never turn away anyone in need

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. I'm sure it's no surprise that my pet hates going to the vet, but what a relief to find an animal hospital that is so dedicated to making your pets experience as pleasant as possible. They never separate you from your pet and I was able to stay within "save me" range the whole time. No taking pets behind closed doors like other places I've been too. They had some of the best pricing I have ever seen. It even seemed to be a little under what other veterinarians in the area charge, so needless to say I was pleasantly surprised.
