Dr. Braken is the best - he is a wonderful, caring professional. All my dogs love him. His office staff are friendly and helpful. I highly recommend using Dr. Braken to take care of your precious pups (and other critters, too.)

They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here.

Unbelievabley gentle, it is very apparant they truly care about pets well-being and comfort
