They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. They have the greatest designated area for pets to go to the bathroom here, which is extremely convenient. I never have to worry about scouting out a place for my dog to go pee and It is so well kept too. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations.

Absolutely! I was never asked to leave and stayed with my pet the whole time

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I was pleased with the good condition of their equipment. Everything seemed safe and current, and I knew my pet was in good hands. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference.

Our kitten came to us one morning when we found him under our Prius. He was very small, only 1.1 pounds and only about four weeks old. The vet's office got us in that same very day and were great. They answered all of our questions and we had a lot of them. The Dr. Morgan even suggested our cat's name, Velcro, because he stuck to us the entire time we were there at the office. We have been back for neutering, declawing and vaccinations. We had a question about his claws after he declawed. We got an appointment that same day and the doctor that did the surgery met with me. He assured me that Velcro was just fine and did not charge us for the visit. They have been exceptional and we are now in the process of adopting a second cat that will also be going to Lisbon Road Animal Hospital.
