Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. One thing I did enjoy was the waiting room chairs. They were comfortable and I didn't mind waiting in them for the appointment.

I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.

Absolutely! I was never asked to leave and stayed with my pet the whole time
