Was this veterinarian compassionate when your pet was sick?
They were incredible. They consoled me and even gave me a hug.

Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.

This is one of the best veterinary clinics that I have ever used. Both Dr. Case and the staff goes out of their way to make you and your pet feel welcomed and comfortable. They are all just great handling my two dogs and one cat and are always in a caring and gentle manner. My dogs are not calm after their visits and I think they actually look forward to seeing everyone there. Dr. Case is the best vet I have been to as far as answering questions and patient followups. They just don't get any better.

Absolutely not! They were very rough and seemed to have complete disregard that my pet was scared
