I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. My pet hates going to the vet so I was very relieved that I was allowed to stay with my pet throughout the appointment. They really make an effort to make sure that the pets are comfortable and happy at all times, which in turn makes me very happy as well. One thing I did enjoy was the waiting room chairs. They were comfortable and I didn't mind waiting in them for the appointment.

My pets love it here and they are never anxious to leave (however it could be due to all the fun treats they get) . The examining rooms at Bergen-Passaic Veterinary Hospital's office were immaculate. You could practically eat of the floor if you wanted to. There were no bad smells and everything seemed really sterile. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for.
