After my pet was bitten by a rattlesnake. Dr. Payne met us at his office after hours on a weekend to help us. He was waiting by the time we got there (& we hurried) I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. I will absolutely return. I had an wonderful experience and I'm so happy to have found them. They were mostly easy to reach in an emergency. This veterinarian was extremely friendly, and paid attention to both me and my pet. They really made the extra effort to make us feel welcome and at home.

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.

It's so refreshing to find a vet that isn't always overwhelmed by too many pets. They are able to spend as much time with you as you need and are never rushed off to see another pet. One thing I hated about this vet is that the chairs in the waiting room were SO uncomfortable. They should really invest in some better chairs. The staff here is somewhat friendly. They don't go out of their way, but they are nice enough.
