I was extremely satisfied with how smoothly my pet's appointment went and how helpful the vet was. It really went well. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care.

The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered.

It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I was extremely satisfied with how smoothly my pet's appointment went and how helpful the vet was. It really went well. They were so informative, and thoroughly answered every single question I had regarding pet care. I left feeling like I really learned a lot. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated.
