After calling Petland, I called this vet upon their recommendation. I didn't visit the office, but I called with questions about my pet parakeet. The person I spoke with on the phone was very friendly and treated me with care and respect. I had already spoken with 3 different vet offices, none of which would help me in any way whatsoever. I am very grateful for this person's care and concern and professionalism. I have 3 small children, live in Iowa City, and am unable to easily drive to Cedar Rapids. BUT, if I need to visit a vet for any reason, I would HIGHLY recommend this particular vet just because of my very pleasant phone encounter. Thank you very much for relieving my stress and answering my questions.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Dr. Moore provides extensive educational information and will suggest non traditional solutions that work. His staff is very friendly and welcoming, warm and professional. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Dr. Moore goes above and beyond by providing educational information and non traditional solutions. He spends whatever time is needed and truly cares about his animal patients as well as their human parents.

It didn't take me too long to realize that they did not have the knowledge or experience to help my pet. They couldn't help my pet with all the procedures they needed done and I had to go somewhere else. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. Not only did they not welcome my questions, they just dismissed them as unimportant. I felt like they didn't really care about helping me. They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered.
