The have a large waiting area, so dogs and cats are not too close while you are waiting. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. I know I can always count on them to help in "not your average visit" situations. The staff shows a lot of attention to my cats, and makes them feel special. There is always food and water available and the occasional random toy to play with as well.

Absolutely, they are always in stock and even offer flea medication by the month

Absolutely! They handle everything from annual shots to complicated illnesses, with competence and loving care

Absolutely! I was never asked to leave and stayed with my pet the whole time

No, they encourage you to just go to another emergency vet

Among the best I have seen

Definitely not; I received the best service ever!

No, if they had music on it was very soothing
