They are EXCELLENT!!! The best I have ever been to. I have two cats. One is extremely "difficult" ... hisses, bites, scratches, has to be restrained ... and they have never raised their voices to him and have always spoken to him in a gentle voice while treating him, no matter what his behavior has been. In fact, they have always treated both my cats with kindness. They have always listened to any and all of my concerns, have had all medications, and recommended medications and tests as appropriate. Like I said, they are THE BEST!!!
