The kennels and holding area for pets were so clean and spotless, I would recommend them for sure if you need to leave your pet for a few days. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. I was pleased that they were able to answer all of my questions. I left feeling very informed about pet care. I have heard horror stories of people's pets being misdiagnosed by their veterinarians, but that is not something you have to worry about here. I have never had a bad experience and I have complete faith in their care.

They can perform basic procedures, but not really complicated ones

Sometimes, I usually have to convince them to look into the situation

Not really, they discouraged any sort of outside advice
