Not at all! I've never seen my pet so calm. They really have a gift with animals here.

Definitely not. They were unaware of my situation, even though they had my information

Not at all! They were out of everything and I had to go somewhere else

Absolutely! It is right off the freeway and close to everthing

I called them tonight because I believed my Dog had been bitten by a spider in the house. The say they are an "emergency" pet services clinic, but if you aren't a client there, don't expect to get any emergency services, they will instead refer you Wilmington or Jacksonville. They won't even give you any tips or help you in any way other than to give you another phone number to call. Not convienent if you had a very serious emergency with your pet in the Havelock area-if you do, be ready to drive to Jacksonville or Wilmington.
