This is my favorite doctor's appointment! They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important.

They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.

I would recommend Eye Associates of the South to anyone! I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. The restrooms were immaculate.

I give Eye Associates of the South the HIGHEST of marks among all my doctors I've ever had. My friends and their families who go there feel the same way.

Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there.
