Dr Fadely was awesome. My 25-year-old son was floundering, in college but not knowing what he wanted to do with his life. He filled out a very long, detailed questionnaire (with some short answer/essay-type questions you wouldn't expect) and we met with Dr. F about 5 weeks later. Dr. F. had him pinpointed to a T. And unexpected personality/intelligence insight to why he was having problems, "no" to some things that my son was interested in, with reasons that made him feel good, and great insights and reasons to what my son would do well in AND enjoy. Several top options for careers, good things to think about along the way, and my son is now positive and moving forward.

A friend recommended Fadely & Debrota to me for evaluation of teens before they make college choices. Such a good experience. We have taken both sons and a girlfriend. Each time the review was spot on - as far as reading what that person was like, and therefore recommending that they were like persons who were happy/satisfied doing a particular type of work. The oldest son balked against the review and insisted he was not interested in nor did he want to do that type of work. Ten years later that is exactly the work he is doing - and he LOVES it! The second son received a completely different evaluation - in that he was so well rounded he could be happy in many different careers. He was told this was both a belssing and a curse. And he was rather lazy in his pursuits so is underachieving right now. Just because you get good advice - that is not the end of the story. It is just the beginning - you know the path, now put in the work. I totally recommend F & D to anyone who has a youth or adult struggling to choose a career path. The advice will be well worth it - and costs MUCH less than even one college course in the wrong major!
