Bad service. I have been trying to get my hearing aid back that was sent in on March 28,2018. As of May 3rd, not been able to get anyone to return my calls. It is under warranty, and why they are not responding is very frustrating. I paid over 3,000.00 for them, and have gotten poor service. I'm not happy right now. I can't hardly hear anything without them. I've had a problem with the right one for 1 yr. and half. No satisfaction every time I took it in to have them look at it. I finally demanded they send it in. As of yet have not gotten any correspondences from them or return calls.

Miracle Ear in Lexington NC took advantage of my 89 yr. old mom. She and I went together and told the man exactly what she wanted. He asked us how much we had been paying for the aids she got at Beltone and Sams Club. We told him the amounts which were the same price at both places. He immediately went into telling us he had a different style he wanted her to TRY. So we agreed to just TRY them and were not at all pleased. So we went back and he wanted her to TRY the same style but they were smaller, so we and TRY and once again were disappointed. This TRY, TRY, TRY has gone on now for into 5 months and she still has no aids. I asked him for our money back and he said NO CAN DO. Today on the phone he hollered and me and told me "I'm done with you!!!" He was SO HATEFUL. He called me a liar, etc., etc.

My Mother went the Miracle Ear, located in Emma's at 1325 Chestnut Street. The audiologist, Albert, took advantage of this 89 year old woman. Her first aid, for her left ear created a hissing noise and was told go home and get used to it. She brought it back and was told that a right hearing aid would take care of the problem and it did not. Still the hissing and after she spent over $4000 she was told the she would get used to it. Awful service, no resolution, and an upset person that just spent over $4000 and has the same problem; she still cannot hear.

My mom went to MRACL-EAR in Camarillo CA.... She received a ad in mail ...free hearing test which she received...ad was for hearing aid that were a little under 600dollars... Pretty soon it reach close To 6,000 dollars .they also told her that hearing loss can led to Dementia and Alzheimer's and other health ailments...the hearing aids in ad was NOT for her they stated did she understand what hearing loss can lead to....she said yes...they told her to sign this form and she did...the LADY Jenifer in the Camarillo office also took my moms checkbook and wrote out the check for her....they did not give her a copy of the form she signed which later they told her it was a contract ...my mom went home to tell my dad and he said it was too much money...so my mom tried to cancel and they told her she could not cancel the order...she sign a CONTRACT....Jennifer told her it was in corporates hand...my mom told me 5 days later...I told her to go to the bank and put a stop payment on that check but it was too late...
MIRACLE EAR already cashed that check only 4 days later... My mom was one day too late...so I took time off work and went to MIRACLE EAR in Camarillo and it took me 1 1/2 hrs to get my moms money back in full and in writing...Jennifer insisted on a 7% cancellation fee from a total of 5,172.00 dollars ...a total amount of which they never received...the check that Jenifer wrote was for 3,248.50...The cancelation fee would have been for 342.00 ...now that's a lot of money for NOTHING !!!!
MIRACLE EAR CAMARILLO CA this is what you did wrong:
1. You failed to provide a copy of the CONTRACT
2. You wrote out the check
3. You tried to charge a 7% cancellation fee...no where on that contract
Does it state a 7% cancellation fee
MIRACLE EAR said it would take 2 wks for my mom to receive her check....it only took you 4 days to cash my moms check... It should only take you 4 days to send it.... So after 21/2 weeks....bank REVOKED the money from your company... REVOKED....
your company takes advantage of ELDERY people ...maybe corporate does not know what SNAKES they have working for them ...but train your people NOT to touch other people's checkbook ...provide copy of CONTRACT and isn't charging a 7% fee ILLIGAL

If I could give NO STARS I would. Very poor. The worst service at franchise level. Franchises opened during limited hours and days. No one knows what is going on. Owners of franchises are not boaed certified audiologists but just people trained by Miracle Ear. Stick with your ear, nose and throat audiologist! You'll save yourself a lot of time, headaches and money!!!

I went into the office at Riverdale, Utah. The manager there is Todd Kelson. I ordered the hearing aids on Dec. 6, 2016 but I cancelled the order on Dec. 13, 2016. Now Todd Kelson claims I owe him $568.50 for "professional fees". I received a flyer for a FREE hearing test, evaluation and 30 day trial. I have NEVER had the hearing aids but a charge for $3,790.00 has been made to my CareCredit account. I have had to make a payment to CareCredit for $124.00 in January and another one is due for February and the charge is still outstanding. He made me sign a paper so I could receive a return of the charge. The paper said I owe him $568.50 for "returns", but when I asked for a copy of the paper he had changed the wording from "returns" to "professional fees". I do not owe him $568.50, it was a free offer and I cancelled before I ever received the hearing aids. What "professional fees" could there be on a free offer. I am to the point of taking him to court unless this is taken care of quickly. I have already been in contact with our local television stations consumer advocate. He is looking into this. I would suggest before Miracle-Ear is plastered all over the news that I receive a full refund, including money I have already paid.

I have visited the Middletown NJ location through my Insurance company. They fitted me for hearing aids contacted my insurance to find out what would be covered. My Insurance company tells them I am covered 100% so I have no out of pocket expense. They want me to pay for the hearing aids and then get my money from the insurance company. This makes no sense they are in network and they already confirmed that they are 100% covered. I can't see why they are doing this it makes no sense.
BEWARE!!!!
