The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care.

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up.

I give them 5 stars - the computer won't let me do more than 4.5, but I'm saying 5!!!!

When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.

Tom is very knowledgeable and compassionate, and he has excellent staff in his store. Most of his herbs and tinctures are wildcrafted from our local area. He also conducts field trek workshops on wildcrafting and foraging for food.

Making an appointment is easy and I never have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. HIs business is located right in Bigfork Village with easy access and parking. Tom's qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. Tom and his staff have never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously.
