He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen

All of my questions were answered during my appointment, and the doctor seemed very knowledgeable. They were happy to answer each and every question I had in-depth. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. I was so happy with the care I got here that I have already told multiple people about it. They deserve all the recommendations in the world.

This review is for Dr. Justin Swanson of Austin Chiropractic & Acupuncture Clinic. He did an excellent job of helping me after my car accident. He was very nice and sincere as well as intelligent and professional. His adjustments are very gentle, even for what I'm usually used to. It was honestly the most pleasant chiropractic care I have ever received. His office assistant is always smiling and very attentive to me and everyone in the office, I never have to wait long for any of my appointments. I highly recommend this office and Dr. Swanson.

I have been under chiropractic care for basically my whole life, from severe headaches to sprained ankles, and I can attest that Dr. Swanson has it all!

I first went to see Dr. Swanson when I moved to the Austin area. My old chiropractor advised me to find a Palmer College graduate because that's what he was, and he new a fellow graduate would know how to take care of me. Boy am I ever grateful for that advise!

Dr. Swanson has been nothing short of the whole package. From his front office staff who always greet me with a smile and by name, to his caring understanding attitude. His office visits are always concise and to the point. There is hardly a wait, even when he is very busy. When it is my turn he focuses on nothing but me and my problems, he adjusts me where I need it and treats me with this electical acupuncture (which is very cool!).

I began to have reoccuring back, neck and shoulder pain (which I think was all from my move). After being examined by Dr. Swanson, (which included digital x-rays, way cool!), I had a series of treatments. Now I feel 100% better and the pain has not come back! I almost feel better than I did before I had the problems.

This is my way of saying thanks Dr. Swanson! I'm going to spread the word about you!
