<url removed> was amazing! He helped my dog when our other vet gave up.
I would recommend him, not the other vet. He said my dog had an allergy when it was cancer.

This office is running a disgusting business. Dr. Wen had been treating our 1.5 year old boxer for "IBD" with his herbal medicine and steroids for three months. He was doing better and responding to the steroids and we were weaning him off them. Then our dog suddenly stopped eating and vomiting we took him to Dr. Wens office and ordered an XRAY because we knew it was something different this time (usually he responds to the steroid increase very quickly and was doing so well for 2 months). We had an XRAY done by "Dr. G" who told us that there was "just gas" in him and prescribed him infection meds and increase of steroids. After 2 weeks of calling their office to their RUDE receptions not relaying messages to the vet and ignoring our calls in between the 2 other visits that we brought our dog in with him shaking on the floor we were told he was just cold. I kept calling the office after looking up symptoms online and asking "Could it be this" you can't just sit around and watch your dog suffer. Their response- its the IBD it just takes some time. Then my dog died at the ER they did an ultrasound and said "your dog had a toy in him he did not die from IBD." We called Dr. Wen livid he said he would check the XRAY that was done two weeks prior and call us back. He reviewed the chart and said "I am so sorry I see the toy" ... My dog had a toy in him for 2 weeks and was suffering the entire time. He went to the vet multiple times that week without them diagnosing him and just ignoring our questions as if we were a hassle. They admitted fault 100% then when dealing with Dr. Wen's wife/ office manager she changed her whole story told us that we declined treatment or a further XRAY (but yet-- the toy was visible from the first XRAY as per Dr. Wen and we kept calling and brought him back multiple times). How dare these people try and cover up their tracks and then blame our dog dying on us refusing treatment absolutely not. These people are incompetent and should not be allowed to touch animals. We will be reporting them to NYS licensing department. Also, If your dog has died as a result of their negligence consider suing in small claims court. Do not let these people get away with this.

For complaints about this office please do not let them keep committing malpractice and covering up their tracks!
