I've owned dogs for 25 years and lived in several different parts of the country, so I've dealt with a lot of vets. Dr. DeRolf is by far the best I've ever used. His staff is friendly and efficient, and he himself is gentle with animals, explains dogs' conditions and possible treatments thoroughly, and never tries to push treatments on owners (if you're thinking "of course any vet acts this way," let me assure you that they do not). I have great confidence in his advice, which is comforting when dealing with a sick animal. You don't always get Dr. DeRolf, however. His associates (who aren't named anywhere in the practice literature or online) are also good, but I don't understand the arrangement, and I'd prefer to always see the same doctor. I think everyone wants Dr. DeRolf, and there just isn't enough time for him to see every animal that comes in.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful. The office was fairly easy to locate. I will absolutely return. They came highly recommended and lived up to expectations.
