The examining rooms at Golden Valley Veterinary Service's office were immaculate. You could practically eat of the floor if you wanted to. There were no bad smells and everything seemed really sterile. It was unbelievable how gentle this vet was with my pet and it really helped my pet feel at ease. It's very apparent that they truly care about us and our pets and that this is not a job for them, but their passion and purpose. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic.

When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. This veterinarian was extremely friendly, and paid attention to both me and my pet. They really made the extra effort to make us feel welcome and at home. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here.
