Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Extremely easy, and close to the entrance

Not at all! They were always present and attentive

The vet at the Ashland Rd Animal Clinic is a great vet and cares deeply for the animals that he treats. Two years ago we had to put our dog of 12 years to sleep and he was gentle, kind, and sympathetic. He even teared up a little!
Today we took our new puppy in to get her vaccinations and, once again, he was gentle and kind. He even gave us a free puppy starter kit that contained a folder packed with info, a chew bone, and a month's worth flea/tick/heartworm preventatives. I will never go anywhere else for veterinary care

This veterinarian made sure every single question I had was answered. He was patient, thorough, and would not give up on my dog. The staff is very helpful and friendly. They are warm, caring and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I am so impressed with the progress my dog has made since visiting this vet, that he is now my dog's and cat's permanent doctor, no matter where I live.
He also does not think I'm crazy for preferring natural treatments, and has given me one for my dog who treated by other vets for three years, for all the horrible problems that go along with flea allergies. My dog has recovered without all those antibiotics, thanks to this vet's open mind and a willingness to try until we found the remedy. He's a bit pricey - but he's worth it!

I will never go back to my old Vet, who was rude and wouldn't treat my German Shepherd when she was hit by a car while my wife was playing with her one Saturday evening. We went to the Ashland Road Animal Clinic and the Doc finished dinner early to help my dog. I'm a customer for life
