Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They were so informative, and thoroughly answered every single question I had regarding pet care. I left feeling like I really learned a lot. They have a huge selection of medication available for pets and fully explain the benefits and possible side effects that each one presents. They also provide flea protection by the month, if you prefer to buy it that way. It's such a great place. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all.
