Never, and if I ask they seem annoyed to have to get it

I called ahead and told them the condition of my cat, when I arrived, I told them that my cat was dieing she has to be seen now. They said to wait and they would be right with me. While I was filling out the paperwork, my cat died:( They put on the file that my cat was D.O.A.) if I could do it over, I would have taken her to Greenville or to someone else.

It was some of the best pricing I have seen

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns?
Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had
Was this provider's office too cold?
Not at all, it was the perfect temperature
Was this veterinarian compassionate when your pet was sick?
They were incredible. They consoled me and even gave me a hug.
