No, but there was a little grass outside the office so it was fine

When my pet stayed overnight here I was promised by the staff and the veterinarian that I would be called at a certain time and I was so upset when they didn't call. I never heard a peep and I was a nervous wreck waiting by the phone worrying. I was very surprised that they didn't want to answer my questions at all. In fact, they just ignored all of my questions. They never take that extra step to make me feel special. I haven't ever felt that they care enough to get to know me and that I'm almost an irritation.

I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. They were so informative, and thoroughly answered every single question I had regarding pet care. I left feeling like I really learned a lot.

I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. If you are looking for a veterinarian that goes above and beyond, look no further. They offer after-hour services for any emergency and will not hesitate meeting patients at the clinic rather than making them go to an emergency center where they know nobody. It is so reassuring to know that if I need them, they will be there for me. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. The kennels and holding area for pets were so clean and spotless, I would recommend them for sure if you need to leave your pet for a few days.
