They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was easy enough to find. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else. They didn't fax my exays to my referring physian. I have spoken to 3 physcians now that plan to quit using your services do to poor service

I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on
time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
