I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.
