I wasn't very impressed with how many of my questions they were able to answer while I was there. I was hoping they would give me more information. While I was there, they didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't want, which I really appreciated. I was able to shop without being harassed. Their staff was somewhat friendly, but they didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. This is by far the worst retail store I've ever been too. I can't believe they're still in business. They didn't seem very interested in my input. They were pretty much on their own track.

But the problem wasn't the store, it was the service over the next year or so....
Is it possible to give this group Negative Stars?! I was a customer from 2011 to recently. Their automated system would call me for CPAP refill supplies. I'd carefully answer and nothing would ever happen. I'd call, leave voice mail, would be told I'd get a call back. Finally, I got a call. It was to return my CPAP because Medicare denied payment. I investigated and it was because Rhema hadn't billed it properly! They screwed up and so I have to be without medically necessary equipment?! Anyway, you clearly have a choice for CPAP and Durable Meds and this is NOT the place to do business with. Go to Xmed or Landmark. But be very careful with Rhema/Rotec. They've got problems and will throw their customers under the bus!

Absolutely Not!

Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid
Did they follow up with you after your appointment?
No, but they said they were going to!
Was this provider argumentative or easily angered?
Very, they contradicted everything I said and became very angry
Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call?
All the time! I think I got a gray hair while I was waiting
