We got a 300M power chair. We have had several problems with this chair. The problems have not been successfully fixed. The tray was not ordered with the chair and now it has been months and we still have no tray. My sons positioning is not good in this chair. I suggested a RoHo cushion that has a contoured seat. We still have not hear an answer to whether Medicare will pay for this cushion and it's been months. I realize we live in Morgantown WV and Progressive is in Pa but it is not that far away. I have sent pictures as well as messages and it is weeks before I get an answer or visit. I'm VERY disappointed in the service to get this chair comfortable since my son lives in this chair. I did not have nearly the problems getting the reps from Pride to come to our home when we got a Pride Power Chair. I was hoping this chair would be less of a problem than the Pride but the service now is the problem.

Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only customer.

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me. The staff didn't seem to know a whole lot about the company they worked for. Every single time I'd ask them a question, they'd refer me to someone else. It was very frustrating. They would not leave me alone, and kept suggesting that I buy products that I felt were completely unnecessary.
