BEWARE- This medical supply company told me they were a participating provider with my insurance company and they even provided a delivery ticket with "0" copay stated...then I got a bill 5 months later for hundreds of dollars!!!
Customer service response when I called was-"oops". Are you kidding me?

Not really, it wasn't very clean

Getting a CPAP Machine from them was like pulling teeth. Unreturned phone calls, constantly unavailable, lame excuses. They wanted me to come to a clinic to pick up the machine after I had explained to them that I care for someone who is homebound. Used to be a respitory therapist came out and set you up at home but they say they don't do that anymore. When asked why, they said it was "the house rules." Established by whom and on what authority? (I worked in a Law Office.) Then they said they had to explain to me how CPAP worked. Since I have used a machine for 16 years, I am quite familar. Then I was told, they made a lot of changes to the machines and it has to be explained. Again, are we operating an aircraft? It has gone beyond the mere use of just putting the mask on and pressing a button? I understand the whole smart card thing. Lots of excuses. It has taken since Thanksgiving to get a machine. I should get it Friday.
