I have tried to return Mary Beth's call 4 times and get an endless ring. Never had any problems with previous supplier . They are no longer an approved ventor. This is progress ????? Had to press 1star or review would not go thru--so far it's a zero.

This is the most terrible company I have ever had to deal with. I called and gave my information to them to order pump supplies. I heard nothing after two weeks so I called back. They told me they had everything they needed except for the prescription which they happened to fax to my doctor the day before. I called my doctor and told them to rush the prescription. One week later after hearing I called back only to be told that they were still waiting on the insurance and my doctor. So I was lied to twice. I asked to cancel my order and talk to the manager. The manager said they attempted to call my number two weeks ago, but were unable to leave a message. It's funny how I get messages all the time, but they have trouble with my voice mail. Well isn't acknowledged selective?? This is not the 90's people. Cell phone are pretty reliable. They could not prove that they had done anything on my account. As a type 1 diabetic I NEED my supplies. I ordered early enough to not run out of supplies, but because this company doesn't take the needs of their customers seriously enough I've run out of supplies. The manager tried to give me the excuse that I hadn't met my deductible on my insurance and that the supplies would be full cost. I agree that is terrible news, but does it look like I have a choice with this disease?? Did they think because it was costly I wasn't going to purchase the items and that's why they quit doing their job? I was referred to this company by Tandem, which is the company I got my pump from. I am also making a complaint with them.

Terrible; thy are irresponsible, careless, unresponsive, and unorganized, even under threat of lawsuit. To avoid having life threatening seizures, I require a continuous steady supply of a piece of medical equipment that cannot be stored because of a very short shelf life. They have been continuously slow in shipping and haven't yet sent me this months order; however, I have received an invoice for has not yet been shipped. I have been over one weeks without this item.

It is too bad that one star is the lowest rating we can give them on here. Nothing is EVER easy with this company. I have been stuck with them for approx. 3 years now. The billing has been screwed up from day one. In an attempt to keep the billing straight, we changed from receiving things every 90 days to doing it on a monthly basis. I normally receive a reminder call from them the last week of the month - my order which was normally shipped out on the 4th, then it became the 7th, and now it is the 11th - and they are refusing to ship this order out until the 15th. It is just a cluster - from beginning to end. When it is time for a new pump - it will be time for a new company for me!! The initial customer service rep I talked to was RUDE!!! Absolutely RUDE!! Please remember when you call the to always write down the name of the rep you are dealing with, and do not be afraid to ask for a supervisor!

I was referred to Edwards due to the Obama crapola. This company responds initiallt, however to get supplies would take an act of congress. I can't wait this long. I need supplies NOW I need insulin-pump infusion sets and this company puts up a good front but never follows through or even makes an attempt to do so!
