I visited my sister. I am her health proxy. I believe so far the care is excellent. Place is spotless no odor which means clean patients. My sister said her care is good. When I compare this facility to one she was in last year it's 100% better. Definitely giver 5 stars out of 5. Today my sister was discharged April 9 2024. Michael the nursing supervisor is awesome. He takes time for every need despite his busy schedule. He kept me informed of anything I needed to know. He also has patience of a saint. I have always witnessed the staff being busy. Never have I seen any staff member waste time. They try to care for everyone. Thank you Meadowbrook Care Center you I still give this place a 5 and God forbid I need PT5 I would choose this place

Dad spent 3 months there for rehab. The nurses and staff were great. The staff in the recreation department was so friendly and nice. My dad loved playing bingo and going up there for the live entertainment. The aides were all great and the staff became like family. I would suggest regardless of meadowbrook or any other rehab it is super important to be ontop of your loved one and their care. If you are looking for a place for your loved one I would recommend trying them.

What can I say about the Meadowbrook Care Center they are phenomenal my husband was brought here it has to be in the hospital fighting liver cancer they also compassionate take care of the residence here food is amazing my husband cannot compliments about how good the food is. The nurses the Aides that take care of the individuals are amazing especially Ms White and Ms Smith and ms.Laurent . These ladies have such compassion for my husband that words cannot express the gratitude that they have I would like for them to be recognized for their outstanding job that they do I highly recommend Meadowbrook Care Center. Thank you.

My mom has been admitted 10 times over the past 9 years for short term rehab. During her stay, with the expert care of nurses and rehab, she got stronger and was able to return home to live independently. This recent admission is for Long Term Care. Mom is getting excellent care from all the nurses, esp Marie and Barbara on unit 1A, expert care by the Respiratory Therapy team & compassion and kindness by all the CNAs on the unit, esp Lynette. Recreation services , esp Brian, provide her with ongoing entertainment to keep her days active. The facility menu provides her with many choices each day to satisfy her preferences. The social work department has remained supportive throughout moms stay. I can rest easy knowing mom is where she needs to be. I need to add that I have worked here at Meadowbrook Care Center for the past 27 years and we are all like family ! I couldn't be more proud of each and every member of the Meadowbrook Team !!

What a great stay my loved one had at Meadowbrook. Lorraine my CNA took such great care of me along with Laurent LPN and Michael Nurse Manager on 2A. Nathalie and Jaye were caring and compassionate Social Workers who are such an asset to the facility. Rehab was perfect including Roger, PT Alex, Cookie, and Nancy. My dad will miss Michael who made such an impact on him. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your care.

My Mom has been a resident at Meadowbrook Care Center for the last 3 1/2 years. The care she has received has been excellent. For most of her residency at Meadowbrook she has been in Unit 2C and Michael was her head RN. There are no words that can express the gratitude my family and myself have for Michael. He is always on top of everything and always keeps me informed. Recently he was moved to a different Unit and yet he has still been there for my Mom. I sleep easier knowing that along with Michael there are many good staffers working at Meadowbrook.

I’d like to thank everyone who helped care for my Dad for the past 2 months. Unit 2A was very kind and attentive. Michael, Laurent, Jackie and all of the Aides in the unit made his stay a positive one. The PT staff was amazing and brought my 92 year old Dad back to a stronger state than he was before being admitted. Jaye, Social Worker, was always so kind and attentive. Thank you again! We are grateful to all.

Meadowbrook Care Center provided me with the care that I needed from the day that I arrived until the day that I left.
The nurses know what they are doing and the whole staff is amazing. Kianna the concierge is always on top of your questions and concerns and she goes above and beyond to get anything you need. Odanys is very sweet and knows what he is doing. He made my communication with staff very smooth. Social workers are very good and food is also good. I would recommend to family and friends!

Meadowbrook nursing home has been a blessing for my loved one. The staff is always updating me, which is reassuring. I recommend them to anyone who is looking for a nursing home for their loved one.
