They sent me the wrong equipment. I tried to call three times and could not get a good connection. What little connection I got was mostly music. I checked my phone and it operates fine. Now what does one do when they can't reach the supplier uho sent the wrong equipment. By the way this is for a CPAP system. Thank goodness for Duct Tape.
