This is the one of the worst companies I have ever worked with. They were trying to double bill my husband for C-pap items, I had to have a sleep study done. Never sent me a bill. Started getting phone calls about past due account - Thought is was for the C-pap stuff, called and it was for me. After several phone calls to them they finally found my bill. I ask why they hadn't sent it to me. Well they said they had. They were sending it to the hospital address not my address. I told them to send me the bill and I would get it paid. They changed my address and never received a bill. I called them about it. Was told that I didn't have a bill with them. There was no account for me. So - Now they have turned me into collections for the unpaid bill that I have never received and they couldn't find. Run from this place. I will never use this company for anything again. I didn't even want to give them 1 star. Maybe 1 point on the star.

They have met all my needs in a professional and efficient manner. I utilize portable oxygen tanks, oxygen concentrator and BiPAP supplies. They have always met my needs.

All home deliveries have been very good. Everyone who has delivered has been wonderful, especially Verle.

Our daughter was prescribed a walker while at Mary Free Bed. The Prescription was sent to Sparrow Regional. After it was approved byour insurance carrier my wife called to find out if she could pick it up. after searching they found the prescription but hadn't done anything yet. Griffin told my wife they didn't have one and they were researching the cost of it. He had to talk to the purchasing guy who had just left for the day. He told her he would call the next day. No call came, so 2 days after she originally talked to Griffin she called back to see what was up. He couldn't give her any info because the purchasing guy was not in today. Nobody knows if this walker is ordered, backordered or what. if my friggin insurance company worked with anyone else I wouldn't be working with Sparrow. Meanwhile I have a 14 year old Daughter sitting in a wheelchair because she can't walk without the walker. Thank you for the great customer service. Please pass this on to Dennis Swan.

what a terrible experience at Sparrow Regional Medical Supply. After arriving and speaking to the pharmacy...I was referred to the medical supply area for their expertise. Took a specific number to address a creme that my sparrow doctor required and pharmacy wanted me to try the medical supply personal to see if I could expedite my order. I proceeded to watch as the only guy helping my side offered to help fill the paper in the copy machine and went off to help another colleague with a question as if I wasn't even present. I was the only one in line on his side. He didn't acknowledge me even to say I will be with you in just a moment. After 10 minutes I threw the ticket in the waste basket. Two other customers were helped in the line next to me while I waited for his (non) expertise. This is the second time I have had an issue with this place. Why are they so rude??? Consequently, I ordered the necessary creme off the internet. Sparrow is too big for their own britches and our surrounding community. Disappointed. Never again.
